Winemaker
Manuel Herrera is a winemaker, master taster, and wine entrepreneur with over 30 years of industry experience. Founder of Finca Herrera and Viña Española, he has served as Managing Director of CINVE and as an International Judge and keynote speaker at more than 20 prestigious wine competitions worldwide. Executive Vice President of the Madrid Sommelier Association (Asociación Madrileña de Sumilleres) and contributor to leading wine publications.
A specialist in sensory analysis, custom blending, and brand development, he has advised boutique viticultural projects across Spain and Portugal.
The Process
- Your Profile & Style: We meet to discuss your palate preferences, personal style, and family or personal stories.*
- Tasting & Selection: We analyze your favorite wines and conduct a joint tasting session (or dispatch tasting samples directly to you if you are abroad).
- Bespoke Design: We curate your brand identity, label artwork, custom wax seal color, and luxury presentation packaging.
- Delivery: Within 3 to 9 months (excluding extended barrel or bottle aging), your bespoke wine arrives at your doorstep.
